- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My kids love them. But I have had multiple schedule issues including today. Made the appt for Oct 17 @ 1530. Got a confirmation request the week before for the same time. Then 2.5 hours before the original appointment I got a reminder that stated it was at 1500. My wife showed up at the original time and was accused of being late. Luckily after about 15 minutes it was straightened out and they saw my kids. That has really been my only issue. Update: was told by wife that the entire staff (besides hygienists) treated them poorly because they are pissed she showed up 'late'.October 09, 2017by Angry Moose
