  I am sixteen years old, and never have I seen such terrible customer service as I have seen today. My mother was scheduled at 12:15 to receive surgery for her tooth. We walked in at 11:46 , dropped off by my aunt who had to take her husband to work but was coming straight back to sit with my mom during the surgery. The lady at the front desk a Caucasian woman with dark brown hair, black glasses, and who seemed to be under the age of forty, opened the glass panel and signed my mother in. My mother told the receptionist that my aunt had to drop off her husband but would be right back and they were fine to proceed with the surgery as planned because she would be back soon. The lady then appeared to be visbisly frustrated at my mother and said that she had to check in the back. All the while my aunt is waiting for her to check so she can leave by the time the lady was finished checking it was already 12:15 and my mother's surgery time. The woman said that she would give my mother thirty minutes for my aunt to get back, because the requirement is that you have someone over eighteen with you to wait outside during the surgery. So we tell my aunt she can leave and she rushes off to drop my uncle off to downtown Charleston. While we are waiting the lady is continually checking on us to see if my aunt is back and visbisly appearing to get more and more frustrated each time. She then gets another lady to check on us whose tone of voice was very rude. This other woman appeared to be over the age of forty, she was a Caucasian woman with light brown hair and glasses as well. She very rudely told us " That the doctor was waiting on us" and that essentially we needed to hurry up. By 12:45 after my mom had called my aunt numerous times outside of the room telling her about everything that had occurred, the receptionist then told us that we had to reschedule our appointment. We told her that my aunt was at the stop light and she would be here in one minute (literally). But the lady refused, she cancelled my mother's appointment and in the middle of this my aunt walked inside trying to be quiet as to not make her two year old child up from her nap but the lady did boy care. My aunt was ONE MINUTE late and they still cancelled my mother's appointment. All the while I am sitting and watching and truly appalled by the abundance of terrible treatment as I have seen today. My mother is an educator. She is an eighth grade science teacher and she took a day off from work to undergo a surgery that is detremental to her health, so she could go back to work Monday and teach the future of this nation. PLEASE put yourself in this scenario and think would you want to be treated as my mother has been treating today? I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you NEVER go to this place.
